Casa-Well is built on one idea: an ibogaine experience is only as safe and as meaningful as the work around it. We attend to the body, mind, emotions, and spiritual life, before, during, and after. The retreat is the heart of what we offer, supported by a collective of practitioners who care about preparation, the experience itself, and integration into daily life.

Preparation
One individual preparation session and one group orientation session to clarify your intentions and review what to expect, so you arrive grounded and informed.
Retreat experience
A supported retreat in a calm, intimate setting. The experience can be demanding and differs substantially from person to person.
Integration
Eight group integration sessions over eight weeks (60–90 minutes each), plus one individual session, to make sense of what arose and carry it into daily life. Integration is an ongoing practice, not a single event.
Safety first
Individual screening, informed consent
Ibogaine is not for everyone. Every applicant is reviewed individually by our medical team, including a cardiac evaluation, and some people will not be cleared to participate. That is exactly what screening is for. A normal EKG is not a guarantee of safety, and screening can reduce risk but cannot eliminate it.
During the flood-dose phase, our team monitors participants continuously, day and night.
The decision to proceed is made individually, with informed consent, and you always have the option not to proceed.

The retreat takes place in a private villa in Puerto Escondido, on the Oaxacan coast: quiet, intimate, and far from the pace of daily life.
Each retreat has up to six participants.

Founder
Kristie has been immersed in the world of healing and holistic health for the past 30 years both as a seeker of truth and as a coordinator of therapies and retreats pointing towards the spiritual path. Her work is focused on sharing the Ibogaine experience as an opportunity for deep Self-Inquiry, as well as harmonizing body, mind, and spirit.
Dr. René Quiroz
Medical Director
Dr. René Quiroz is Casa-Well's medical director, a licensed general physician with more than ten years of experience working with ibogaine. He leads the clinical team that oversees medical screening, safety protocols, and each decision about who is suitable to participate.

Complementary care
Beyond the ibogaine retreat
Some participants also choose to work with our complementary practitioners in naturopathy and applied kinesiology. These are optional and separate from the ibogaine retreat.
